Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen banana
- 2 cups other frozen fruits
- 1 scoop California Gold Nutrition CollagenUP
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
- 1 tablespoon cashew butter
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 capsule California Gold Nutrition LactoBif Probiotic or California Gold Nutrition Colustrum (optional)
- fresh fruit
- coconut flakes
- granola
Instructions
- Place first seven ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
- Top with fresh fruit, coconut and granola.
